Efficient Solution of Large Decision-Making Tasks in Public Administration
| Provider | The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic |
| Programme | ÉTA |
| Project code | TL01000220 |
| Participants | Faculty of Social Sciences Charles University |
Definition and recognition of the tasks of strategic and cross-sectional character and their projection into decision-making practice in public administration encounters institutional barriers as well as the lack of competence of the involved actors (experts, politicians, civil servants and interest association representatives). Based on the experience of members of the research team (e.g. in the Czech pension reform’s preparation) and the applied research on real processes of communication and decision-making in the selected areas of public administration and public services, a set of relation-based and processual innovations will be proposed and tested which will lead to the more effective solution of these tasks.
