35 Years of Science at FSV UK exhibition: From the first projects to prestigious European Research Council grants
On June 1, 2025, the Faculty of Social Sciences will celebrate its 35th anniversary. On this occasion, we have prepared an exhibition that provides a brief look back at the faculty’s scientific and research activities.
Individual panels briefly present the history of the establishment of the faculty and institutes and recall important milestones and interesting facts from the world of science at FSV UK. You will learn not only about prestigious grants from the European Research Council, but also about the first projects supported by the Czech Science Foundation or the first coordinated EU project. You will also find out which faculty project received the best rating, which has the highest financial support, and which projects have the largest research teams. You can learn more about the current scientific activities of selected FSV UK academics through portrait interviews, which we regularly publish on this page in the blog section.
The exhibition will take place from Thursday, 24 April 2025 in the foyer of Building C of the Jinonice Campus. It is available in digital form here.
