The SUFORECO project aims to promote awareness among researchers about the relationship between emerging research strategies and ethical communication in sustainable food systems. The project has three specific objectives:
Establish collaborative research stays programme for doctoral students and researchers to explore the impact of novel approaches on research. This programme will also strengthen existing networks and foster collaboration while upholding high ethical standards.
Organize a demonstrative workshop showcasing the outcomes of the research stays. This workshop will involve team members, students, researchers, and external experts with expertise in novel food, novel feed, and communication.
Publish a joint scientific publication based on the project’s activities to enhance the network and demonstrate the effectiveness of collaborative research for future EU-level applications in research and education.
