The project core is experimental development and applied research of new technologies and unique software to support museum experience and education. Interactive museum exhibits, games or virtual reality for the Memory of Nation museum will arise during experimental development. The effectiveness of prototype exhibits, modern museum procedures and their acceptance will be tested with visitors via applied research. The technology use is essential for digital collection effective presenting. Research will reveal whether technology exhibits trigger the right emotions and thought processes in visitors and are able to transmit content in the context of their goals. The project benefits from a multidisciplinary research team of historians, game/technology specialists, didactics, politologists.
