With assistance from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany supported by the German Federal Ministry of Finance and the Foundation Remembrance, Responsibility and Future, Charles University offers regular courses on Holocaust Studies, both at Bachelor and Master levels, in Czech and English, which are open to students across the university. They include Introduction to the Holocaust and more advanced courses where students are familiarized with the Jewish presence in Europe and Czechia in particular, pre-WWII cohabitation and discrimination, and – above all – the Holocaust and its aftermath.
